He also manages the architectural project from conceptual design throughout the documentation and construction phases, and maintains a close working relationship with the client for the project duration to provide principal leadership and overall project direction. |

MAYORAS, AIA, ACHA Principal As the Design Principal for Moon Mayoras Architects, Inc., Mr. Mayoras is responsible for the overall firm design philosophy that relates to the specific programmatic requirements of each project. Mr. Mayoras identifies the design approach that is most appropriate and creates a design concept that is responsive to the unique aesthetic, functional, budgetary and scheduling criteria. Mr. Mayoras also maintains a close working relationship with the client. |

HERNANDEZ Principal As Principal and Director of Technology for Moon Mayoras Architects, Inc., Mr. Hernandez is responsible for ensuring that applicable state-of-the-art building systems and proven technological advances are applied to every project from start to finish. Mr. Hernandez coordinates the complex interdisciplinary Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Life-Safety and other systems to ensure that the various elements work integrally to form a single, unified project solution. |

JULIA COUSINS, AIA, MPH Vice President Ms. Cousins is a Vice President and Project Manager specializing in healthcare architecture. Her qualifications include more than 25 years of architectural work in a wide variety of projects, and master degrees in architecture and health services administration. Her healthcare architectural experience spans feasibility studies, programming, schematic design, construction documents, agency coordination and construction administration. Responsiveness to owner needs and providing the best environment for patient care are most important in her approach to projects. |

TOM REUTER Director of Healthcare Design As the Director of Healthcare Design, Mr. Reuter works directly with the project managers leading the masterplanning and design for several of the firm’s projects. Many of this thirty years of design experience have been devoted to sophisticated projects, primarily in the healthcare field. His focus lies in the creation of facilities which provide a healing environment. His designs have received many regional, state and national awards over the years. |

GAIL PARSONS Office Manager & Associate
Ms. Parsons joined the firm as Office Manager in 2003 and was elevated to
Associate in 2007. She has over 25 years experience managing
professional offices, starting out in Rome, Italy with Darwish Saudi
Arabia Architects. |
