David N. Moon, FAIA, FACHA:
As the Managing Principal, Mr. Moon is responsible for managing the firm’s operations and providing its overall strategic direction. He is a nationally recognized and active leader in industry-wide efforts to improve the quality of health facilities design, and maintains a close working relationship with the client for the entire project duration. Mr. Moon is a registered architect, a Fellow of the AIA, and is Board Certified in the specialty practice of Healthcare Architecture.

Douglas A. Mayoras, AIA, ACHA:
As the Design Principal, Mr. Mayoras is responsible for establishing the overall firm design philosophy. Mr. Mayoras is a nationally recognized leader in identifying design responses to the latest trends in healthcare delivery, and identifies the design approach best suited for the unique aesthetic, functional, and budgetary criteria for each project. Mr. Mayoras is a registered architect, a member of the AIA, and is Board Certified in the specialty practice of Healthcare Architecture.

Vic S. Hernandez:
As a Principal and Director of Technology, Mr. Hernandez is responsible for ensuring that applicable state-of-the-art building systems and proven technological advances are applied to every project from start to finish. Mr. Hernandez coordinates the complex interdisciplinary Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Life-Safety and other building systems to ensure that the various elements work integrally to form a single, unified project solution. Mr. Hernandez is a member of the International Code Council (ICC).

Victor M. Guido, AIA:
As a Principal and Director of Production, Mr. Guido is responsible for the quality assurance, technical content and coordination of contract documents during each phase of the project. Mr. Guido coordinates and allocates the firm’s resources in a manner best suited for each project. His extensive experience as a Project Manager for major healthcare projects ensures the client a quality, well-coordinated project from the early design phase through construction and up to final occupancy. Mr. Guido is a registered architect and a member of the AIA.

Christina Mayoras is responsible for managing the firm’s accounting
functions. With her many years of experience working in various
architectural firms, her knowledge base enables the firm’s
leadership to maintain responsible and proactive accounting
practices in the management of each project.

Gail Parsons:
As a Vice President and Office Manager, Ms. Parsons has over 25 years of experience in the management of professional offices both nationally and internationally. She is responsible for managing the firm’s operational and administrative functions. Ms. Parsons has a certificate in Human Resources. |

J. Arthur Verbeckmoes, AIA:
As an Associate and Project Architect, Mr. Verbeckmoes is responsible for the coordination and production of project construction documents. As a Project Architect, he acts as the single point of contact for the entire project team to ensure interdisciplinary coordination and consistency of all project plans and specifications. Mr. Verbeckmoes is a registered architect and a member of the AIA.

David B. Vanderhook, AIA:
As an Associate and Construction Administrator, Mr. Vanderhook is responsible for the firm’s onsite field representation and coordination. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare and large commercial projects, his expertise includes on-site administration of the client’s construction contract. Mr. Vanderhook has extensive experience in the construction of large-scale construction projects, and is highly experienced with projects under the jurisdiction of the State of California Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD). Mr. Vanderhook is a registered architect and a member of the AIA.
