Occupancy Received for Oak Valley Hospital District Replacement Hospital

OakValley_CofO_Oct07 On Monday, October 7, 2013, the Oak Valley Hospital District was granted a certificate of occupancy for Phase 1 of the Oak Valley Replacement Hospital, designed by Moon Mayoras Architects, Inc. The Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) declared that, “The described building, or portion of building, has been inspected for compliance with the requirements of the California Building Standards Code (CBSC) for the group and division of occupancy and use for which it is intended.” Thereupon, the project has now been approved for use by the staff, patients, and the public.
