Standard Benefit Package:

Medical and Dental
Health Insurance
Employer paid coverage for Employee Only (dependent coverage
available pre-tax), available to employee on the first of the month
after 30 days of employment. Employee has the option to
"buy up" to a select group of HMO/PPO plans.

Vision Insurance
MMA offers employees the option to purchase Vision Insurance
through a group plan at 100% cost to the employee (available pre-tax),
available to employee first of the month after 30 days.

401(k) Profit
Sharing
MMA makes available a retirement savings program and will
contribute at least 3% to the plan for each eligible employee.
Eligibility begins after 6-months of consecutive full-time employment.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
PTO
is an inclusive time off program for vacation, sick, personal, family
care and other needs. PTO
begins to accrue on the first day of employment on
a bi-weekly basis at a rate in accordance with years and level of
service
and can be used after an employee completes the introductory period
(six months after hire). PTO
accrues at the rate of 12 days per year for the first 3 years of
service.

Parking
Reimbursement Allowance
Employees are entitled to a reimbursement of up to a maximum of
$100.00 per month for parking and/or public transportation expenses.
